MEMBERSHIP FEES:

EVERY PERSON THAT RIDES SOMETHING THAT IS MOTORIZED MUST HAVE A VALID MEMBERSHIP ON FILE

MULTI RIDE MEMBERSHIP FEE - $40.00

  • The only change to the Annual Memberships was the NAME CHANGE to Multi Ride Membership

  • Best suited for locals and regulars who ride more frequently than the out-of-town riders

  • Membership is valid up to 12 months from the date you signed the contract

  • You only have to fill out the contract once every 12 months

  • Memberships are non-refundable

  • Best suited for riders who don’t have the time to ride here on a regular basis

  • You only have to fill out the contract once every 12 months 

  • Added to your practice fee PER DAY

  • Memberships are non-refundable​

DAILY MEMBERSHIP FEE - $8.00

  • Membership is valid up to 12 months from the date you signed the contract

  • You only have to fill out the contract once every 12 months

  • Membership is not applicable for dirt bikes, including Electric MX Bikes – If your rider rides E Balance Bikes and MX Bikes you just need one membership and it will be the Multi Ride Membership or Daily Membership

  • Memberships are non-refundable

E BALANCE BIKE MEMBERSHIP - $20.00

PIT VEHICLE MEMBERSHIP - $10.00

  • Good for 12 months from the purchase date – does not include pit vehicle pass

  • If you already have a valid annual or daily membership on file – you do not need to purchase

  • Golf Cart & Utility Vehicles Drivers must hold a Valid Driver’s License

  • Helmets MUST BE WORN while operating a two-wheel pit vehicle & no tandem riding

  • Speed Limit is 5 mph

  • Pit Bike Riding on a dirt bike or quad of any size is considered a MX practice fee EXCEPT during race weekends

  • Good for 12 months from the purchase date – does not include vendor fees on event weekends

  • If you already have a valid annual or daily membership on file – you do not need to purchase

  • You MUST be 18 years old or older

  • You MUST always sign in and let the Sign In Building know you will be accessing the track

  • You MUST have a neon yellow or orange safety vest on at all times while on the track

  • You MUST follow all rules and be aware of your surroundings while on the track

  • If you are ever seen crossing the track with oncoming riders or standing on the actual track, you will be banned from accessing the tracks for photography permanently

  • Drones are NOT ALLOWED

PHOTOGRAPHER/ CONTENT CREATOR MEMBERSHIP - $40.00
TRAINER MEMBERSHIP - $40.00

  • Good for 12 months from the purchase date – does not include your trainer fee to the track

  • If you already have a valid annual or daily membership on file – you do not need to purchase

  • You MUST be certified by USMCA to have access to 3 Palms’ tracks to train – show proof of your certificate to the Sign In Building when signing in

  • If you do not have their certification, please feel free to access their website for all the information you need https://usmca.org/

  • You MUST have neon yellow or orange safety vest on at all times while on the track

  • You MUST follow all rules and procedures from 3 Palms and USMCA while training on the track; this includes DO NOT put your small bikes on the track with big bikes!!!

  • Tracks are primarily closed on Tuesday & Thursday, but you can set up arrangements for training on closed days; contact us directly for details.

RACER MEMBERSHIP

  • Racer Memberships are only valid on AMA sanctioned practice days or AMA race days and there is no charge for the 3 Palms Racer Membership due to the required AMA membership

NON-REFUNDABLE MEMBERSHIP NOTICE

  • The Membership Fee paid at the time of registration is non-refundable. By agreeing to this membership, you acknowledge and accept that the Membership Fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to voluntary cancellation of membership, lack of use of services, dissatisfaction with the membership, or the sale of the property. 

If you DO NOT have your membership card the following fees will be charge

PRACTICE FEES

Every rider must pay a practice fee, even when sharing a bike.

  • Practice wristbands must be worn on the LEFT WRIST - not on bikes or helmets.

 

Pricing

  • MX / Dirt Bike Practice: $40

  • MX Bike + Quad: $60

  • Quad Practice: $50
    River Track only on Saturdays & Sundays. No utility ATVs. Practice runs in 30-minute intervals with big bikes.

  • Electric Balance Bike: $20

  • Pit Vehicle Pass: $20

  • Trainer Fee: $10 per rider

 

Pit Bikes: Riding a dirt bike or quad of any size requires the MX Practice Fee, except on race weekends.

GENERAL ADMISSION: $2.00

Spectator & Gate Fees

  • Ages 6 & up: Spectator/gate fee required

  • Ages 5 & under: FREE unless participating as a rider or racer

  • Racers are required to pay the applicable gate fee

  • Gate fees vary by event. Please see the event flyer for current pricing.

 

Quick Drop-Offs

  • A spectator fee applies even if you are only entering the facility to drop off an item. To avoid the fee, please have your rider meet you at the gate/box to retrieve the item.

  • Event pricing may vary. Always refer to the event flyer for event-specific fees.

REQUIRED SAFETY GEAR

 

Gate Fees

Gate fees vary by event. Please see the event flyer for current pricing.

All attendees, including racers, are required to pay the applicable gate fee.

 

Dirt Bikes, Racing Quads & Electric MX Bikes

Required gear:

  • Properly fitted DOT-approved motorcycle helmet with chin strap fastened

  • Riding boots

  • Pants

  • Long-sleeve shirt or jersey

  • Gloves

  • Goggles

  • Any additional safety equipment required by the manufacturer

 

Electric Balance Bikes

Required gear:

  • Properly fitted DOT-approved motorcycle helmet with chin strap fastened

  • Closed-toe, closed-heel shoes

  • Pants

  • Long-sleeve shirt or jersey

  • Gloves

  • Goggles

Racing: Riders participating in races must wear riding boots.

 

Additional Recommended Gear

Knee pads or braces, hip pads, chest protector, neck brace/roll, tear-offs, roll-offs, and other appropriate safety equipment are strongly encouraged.

Please research and choose the appropriate protective equipment for you or your rider.
