Exit FM1488
Three Palms is on the west Service Road
Heading North on 45:
Exit #81 – FM 1488
Head North on Feeder past first turning lane (right only)
Merge onto next turning right lane, and you will merge left at the green access road sign.
Continue heading north on access road, go under overpass and park will be on your right.
As you go under the underpass you will see 3 Palms Action Sports Park on your right.
Heading South on 45:
Exit #81 – FM 1488
Merge all the way into the right lane immediately, turning off at the first turn.
The first turn will basically do a u-turn down to the feeder lane heading in the north direction.
On your left is a soccer field and slightly past that is 3 Palms Action Sports Park.

3 Palms Action Sports Park is an universal facility with 255 acres that primarily offers Motocross, but has hosted many other sporting events and other activities. Camping is available and parking is first come, first serve.
Camping Fees

Dry Camping: $15 per night.

30-Amp RV Hookup: $35 per day.

50-Amp RV Hookup: $50 per day. Only one 50-amp hookup is available on the property.

Dropped Trailer: $15 per night.

Dry camping and RV camping fees include one RV or trailer and one vehicle. Each additional vehicle or trailer is $15 per night.

Event weekend pricing varies. Please refer to the event flyer for applicable rates.
Campsite Availability

All campsites and RV hookups are first come, first served. No reservations are accepted.

You may not rope, tape, or banner off areas to save space for late arrivals. If you would like to camp together, please arrive together.
Water, Restrooms & Sewer Service

RV hookups include water and electricity only.

Portable toilets are available. There are no permanent restroom facilities or showers.

There are no sewer hookups or sewage dump stations.

Please arrive with your RV’s fresh water tank filled. Potable water is available at two locations on the property.

To arrange RV pump-out service, contact Honey Bucket at 936-756-8443 before your arrival. Honey Bucket will be on-site during large events. Visit the Sign-In Building for details.
Overnight Gate Policy

Once the gates close, you will be locked inside the facility for the night. Please plan accordingly.
