***NOTICE***
Effective April 21, 2008, anyone operating any type of off-road vehicle,
(land or water) at Three Palms Extreme Sports Park will be required to
purchase an annual Three Palms Rider's Card. If you ride any type of
off-road vehicle on the property, (land or water), you must purchase a
membership. Annual card fees are $40.00 per rider. Families with additional
riders are $10.00 per member under the age of 16. Monthly and Weekend
Rider's Cards can be purchased for $15.00 and $5.00 respectively. Every
adult will be required to read and sign a liability package in order to
enter the property. Minors release forms must be signed in the presences of
a Three Palms Management Member, or notarized, one per child. Spectators
without a membership card will not be allowed to operate any type of
off-road vehicles on the property. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this
policy.
Three Palms is here for the enjoyment of many families from across the
United States. It is our goal to make sure the park is here to be enjoyed
for years to come. Even though our park rules have been in place since we
opened, some people do not take the time to fully understand or learn the
rules we have in place. Our membership policy is being implemented in order
to provide the best riding experience we possibly can. Our mission is to
provide a fun and safe environment for our customers and their families.
There will be immediate changes in the day to day operations of the
facility. This will include an increase in staffing to insure the park rules
are implemented. Organized practice on the four motocross tracks and
policing the pit areas for safety are first on our list of priorities.
Additional changes will be implemented in the coming weeks and are designed
to provide a fun and safe environment for our customers. These policy
changes reflect the quality of service all of our customers deserve. Three
