We are just about 15 minutes North of Houston, TX on Interstate 45
From I-45 North or South
Exit FM1488
3 Palms is on the west Service Road
Exit #81 – FM 1488
Head North on Feeder past first turning lane (right only)
Merge onto next turning right lane, and you will hit a stop sign.
Go straight at the stop sign and you will go down a road towards an underpass that curves around.
As you go under the underpass you will see 3 Palms on your right.
Heading South on 45:
Exit #81 – FM 1488
Merge all the way into the right lane immediately, turning off at the first turn.
The first turn will basically do a u-turn down to the feeder lane heading in the north direction.
On your left is a soccer field and slightly past that is 3 Palms.
